well, i'll admit that the words are extreme but people don't look at pictures of the 1970s Carnavales de Rio De Janeiro and say "wow this is my existence! this is my reality!" they say "wow! imagine back then at that place!" separating themselves from the beauty of what is depicted. they place beauty elsewhere. of course, there are exceptions to those kinds of people and you may be one of those exceptions, however you'd be just that: an exception to the rule.
im just trying to shine light on the appreciation of beauty: the fact that we are a part of everything, everywhere, all of the time and it doesn't depend on how much you know.
i don't think my comment warranted a refute. it was just that, a comment. also, i feel that we both got different readings from the picture because your refute seems like it is addressing something totally different.
